Introduction Fluconazole is a novel triazole antifungal agent, which has a broad spectrum antifungal effect and belongs to systemic antifungal products. It is highly selective in the inhibition of fungal cytochrome P-450 dependent enzymes, and is also a potent and specific inhibitor of fungal alcohol synthesis. White to yellowish white crystalline powder, slightly peculiar odor, bitter taste.
Application Fluconazole is a fluorotriazole antifungal agent with similar antibacterial spectrum and stronger antibacterial activity than ketoconazole. It is mainly used as the raw material of fluconazole fluconazole injection.

It is mainly used for candidiasis and cryptococcosis, and is also effective against oropharyngeal Candida infections in cancer patients.
