Introduction | Aminophylline is an antiasthmati drug and diuretics.
Aminophylline is a nonselective adenosine receptor antagonist and phosphodiesterase inhibitor capable of reversing ischemia-induced bradyasystole. Aminophylline can be used as dicuretic and the medicine helping to relax the smooth muscle .The aminophylline can relax the bronchus and the smooth muscle of the blood vessel,inhibit the kidney tubules to reabsorb the sodium and the water and enhance the extraction of heart oedema and so on . |
Application | 1. Mainly used for asthma, bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis can also be used for acute heart failure, cardiac asthma, and biliary colic, etc. 2. Containing 75% -82% of anhydrous theophylline, ethylenediamine 12.3% -13.8% white or light yellow granule or powder with slight ammonia smell. Bitter taste. |
