Introduction |
Chloroquine phosphate belongs to 4-aminoquinoline antimalarial drugs, which can inhibit the nucleic acid synthesis of plasmodium schizozoites, interfere with the growth and reproduction of plasmodium, and effectively kill plasmodium red endozoites. |
Application |
Chloroquine phosphate can be used to treat chloroquine-sensitive plasmodium falciparum plasmodium vivax and plasmodium malariae, and can be used to inhibit the prevention of malaria symptoms. It can also be used to treat extra-intestinal amoeba connective tissue disease and photosensitive diseases (such as erythema sunburn). |
